During the scientific activities, the congresso will have an ambulance available located at the parking of the Rebouças Convention Center
The attendees must use the credential all the time and its use is mandatory.
In case of loss, it will be charged a R$ 100,00 fee for replacing. The 2nd copy should be withdrawal at the genteral secretariat.

The congress annals will be published online at the Ganepao and BRASPEN website.
The seat capacity in all sessions is limited. In sessions that do not require prior registration, seats are guaranteed by order of arrival. We will provide two simultaneous broadcasting rooms where, in case of room overcrowding, the lecture can be watched live in Turquoise 4 or Coral Room.
NOTE: The transmission criteria will be performed according to the largest queue demand.
There will be simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese only for the lectures given by international speakers in the grand auditorium, turquoise 2 room and red auditorium. The equipment and headphone for simultaneous translation will be available at the counters located in front of the Turquoise Room and in the Hall between the Yellow and Red Auditorium. The simultaneous translation equipment will be delivered upon identification document presentation of (eg driver’s license and passport). The devices should be returned at the end of each session.
The Noble, Gray and Lilac Hall will be destined for industry products and services exhibition, bookstores and others, promoting the interaction between attendees and exhibitors.
There will be a space for storage of Medium luggage in the Blue Hall. The withdrawal must be made at the exit. You will be charged R$ 20 per volume.
The traffic with luggage is forbidden in any space at the event.
