Registry of Deeds and Documents under No. 375.329 on 12.15.1998 and at the Regional Council of Medicine of the State of São Paulo under No. 24.368 in session of 12.09.1998, registered with the C.N.P.J. under nº 02.980.901/0001-12, with registered office at Rua Maestro Cardim, 1.191, Conjunto 14, Paraíso, São Paulo, SP, CEP: 01323-001 organization and creator of the annual scientific event called Ganepão Congress, aimed at the public interested in the area of ​​clinical nutrition and is the sole and exclusive owner of the site ganepao.com.br, hereinafter referred to as CELL TARGET EVENTOS E CURSOS LTDA. establishes the present instrument, called TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE ganepao.com.br for the USER, according to the clauses and conditions described below:

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The words written in this instrument with capital letters will have the meaning attributed to them in accordance with the provisions below:

2.2. EVENTO is a scientific congress aimed at health professionals and students. By registering, you declare and guarantee that you are civilly capable, that you are at least 18 years old and that you are a student or qualified professional in the health area and duly registered with the Class Bodies.

2.3. The USER declares that the registration data provided are correct, updated and true, being fully responsible for their veracity and authenticity. The USER further undertakes to keep their information always up to date.

2.4. Cell Target Eventos e Cursos Ltda., reserves the right to use all valid and technologically available means to identify the USER, as well as the right to request additional data and documents that it deems to be relevant, in order to verify the personal data informed, provided that for the fulfillment of the contractual purposes and purposes.

2.5. The USER will be solely and exclusively responsible for his access account to the SITE, for his login and password, as well as for the operations carried out, since access to the account is only possible through the use of an access credential, which is created by the USER and must be known and owned exclusively by the USER. Therefore, the USER hereby assumes full responsibility for safeguarding his login and password, as well as for the improper use of his registration by third parties. 6. PURCHASES, CONDITIONS, PAYMENT METHOD AND DELIVERY OF THE CREDENTIAL (BADGE)

Any fees corresponding to expenses related to the financial transaction in question will be added to the price shown in the cart. In any case, such rates will be communicated expressly and in advance to you before finalizing the purchase.

6.2. You must pay the amount corresponding to your registration for the EVENT using the payment methods available on the SITE. There are no other forms of payment other than those provided for on the SITE. The accepted forms of payment are: bank slip (in cash) and credit card (in this case, there is the possibility of installments, just consult the conditions in force at the time of purchase.

6.2.1. For payments by credit card, the order(s) will be subject to the approval of the credit card company chosen by the USER. The information contained in the registration is subject to confirmation, which may be requested by Cell Target Eventos e Cursos Ltda, by email.

6.3. For purchases paid by bank slip, the deadline for release is considered from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution. Confirmation can be carried out within 3 (three) business days from payment, and this period is estimated and may vary.

CANCELLATION

6.5 You can cancel your registration according to the procedure on the SITE, within 30 days, before the start date of the event, the amount being refunded with the discount of administrative expenses is 70% of the amount paid in the registration. After the deadline, cancellation will not be allowed.

6.6 The reimbursement period is up to 60 (sixty) days from the last day of the congress, except in cases where payment was made by credit card. In these, the return depends on the card administrator and can take up to 40 (forty) days, not having Cell Target Eventos e Cursos Ltda. any interference and/or liability within this period.

7.1. (iv) For the quantity of products and/or services advertised by the PARTNER on the WEBSITE, the PARTNER being fully and exclusively responsible;

(v) For the services provided by THIRD PROVIDERS so that Cell Target Eventos e Cursos Ltda. may provide the services object of this Term of Use.
